This curriculum engages students in a dynamic blend of creative writing, reflective journaling, targeted reading assignments, thematic discussions, instructive lectures and selected video content. These interactive elements explore an extensive range of socio-political issues as well as psychological theories and gender-related discourse. Students are encouraged to participate in purposeful exercises designed to enhance traits such as self-compassion and mindfulness while simultaneously promoting self-care through increased self-awareness.
